Avik Anwar wins UAE touring car title after final-round victory

Bangladeshi racing driver Avik Anwar has won the Renault Clio class title in the Gulf Pro Car Championship Series 2025–26 and has also been crowned UAE Touring Car Champion, as the first-ever Bangladeshi to do so.

Anwar secured first place in his class in Round 7 of the series, competing against 10 drivers in the Renault Clio category. His season-long performance also earned him the overall championship title.
