Dubai has introduced an innovative air taxi service, marking a turning point in urban mobility. This pioneering effort, led by the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), is intended to transform city mobility. In a few years, residents of Dubai will be able to fly across the city with air taxis for 350 dirhams (about Rs 8000) per passenger. During an interview with UAE-based news source Khaleej Times, the flying taxis developed by US-based aviation firm Joby provided a taste of how they will seem.
Supported by Joby Aviation, the RTA Air Taxi conducted its first flight in Dubai.
