With the aim of expanding the “Villanova” residential complex.. Dubai Properties awards a contract worth 1.1 billion dirhams

Dubai, UAE – Dubai Properties, a subsidiary of Dubai Real Estate Holding, announced the award of contracts worth approximately AED 1.1 billion to Metac General Contracting Company to build 850 townhouses in the Villanova residential complex in Dubailand.

The contracts include the first and second phases of the La Telia project. The first phase will provide 410 units, while the second phase will add another 440 housing units.
